WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


Due to growth within our organization, we are looking to hire a detail-oriented
Logistics Coordinator to work in our shipping department.

This is a full-time position that will pay
$20 - $22/hour to start, plus employer paid benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Shipping outbound materials via courier or freight
  • Perform quality audits to ensure outgoing items are in an appropriate condition prior to signing off.
  • Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required.
  • Create a daily shipment schedule.
  • Review and approve freight charges and invoices, notifying supervisor of any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm shipping status or other logístical information required.
  • Communicate with team members and other partners when needed.

Requirements:


  • 2 years of shipping experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in aviation or manufacturing considered an asset.
  • Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
  • MS Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to learn new programs.
