Administrative Assistant

General Adult Psychiatry and Health Systems Division

Position Description
The General Adult Psychiatry and Health Systems Division has an opening for a casual Administrative Assistant.

This position provides administrative support to a Senior Scientist in the General Adult Psychiatry and Health Systems Division who also has significant administrative responsibilities at the University of Toronto.

The position also supports his research team.

It offers the opportunity to be part of an active and productive team and to have a variety of interesting work interfacing administration, research, patient care and project management.

Responsibilities will include assisting with academic correspondence, reports, transcription, presentations, and manuscripts.

You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable health and safety and regulatory and legislative requirements.

This position is in a stimulating but supportive environment with good career prospects and opportunities for training. This position is located at 100 Stokes Street at the Queen Street Site.


Qualifications
