Responsibilities:


  • Tenant and Client Relations ensure safety and comfort for all visitors to the property spaces
  • Property Maintenance and Repairs to be provided with light duty maintenance and repairs
  • Administration and reporting on daily tasks
  • Contractor Management and support when requested

Requirements/ Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, or industrial property maintenance experience preferred
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and clean drivers abstract is required
  • Ability to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 pounds**:

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
