We are a small consulting company that has been around for over 33 years and want to have someone that's really on the team willing to get the work done as a team.
Desired qualifications:
- Excellent, accurate typing skills
- Very organized
- Upbeat and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Ability to present a professional image to clients
- Punctuality is a must
- Ability to start as soon as possible
Position duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sending letters out
- Confirming appointments
- Data Entry
- Accurate filing
- Scheduling clients for appointments

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
