Your Responsibilities

  • Complete change assessments and evaluate results to create the appropriate change management strategies and tactics where required.
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance. Develop specific plans to mitigate or resolve the issues.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and monitor change progress.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings, be available to stream sessions
  • Experience in stakeholder assessment and people facilitation skills over the project lifecycle to ensure adoption readiness
  • Provide weekly progress updates when required to the project leads.
  • Work with a team of consultants, build relationships and collaborated with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to connect, build trust, and cocreate plans and actions with all levels of the business as well as technology team
  • Background in building strategy and executing tactics for stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
  • Ability to learn technical changes and translate them in simple, easy to understand communications
  • Be an active and visible coach to business leaders as well as the Change Network.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement by contributing recommended ideas, best practices, lessons learned, etc.
  • Ability to identify change management risks within projects and facilitate mitigation plans with OCM Program lead
  • Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, communicates effectively, collaborates, instills trust and selfdevelopment.

What you bring to the table?

  • 5+ years of change management experience in complex organizations (change management certification a plus)
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci ADKAR Model)
  • Have knowledge and understand of Success Factors
  • Ability to provide multidisciplinary leadership and management of a team of professionals
  • Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry; clients, operations, maintenance, is an asset.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Prior ERP Program transformation
  • Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
  • Ability to influence others, at all levels within the organization, and move towards a common goal
  • Ability to quickly understand and work effectively within corporate and team culture
  • Experience with largescale organizational change effort
