Role and Responsibilities


The Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment partner leads the student talent attraction strategy and will influence the intern experience at CAE.

They have the opportunity to contribute to the professional development of students and our future colleagues.


Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of innovative talent attraction strategies and ensure visibility within universities, CEGEPs, and other institutions.
Know and work with the various university platforms and processes related to student recruitment.

Be the point of contact with partners, universities and colleges, and CAE managers for all questions relating to the recruitment process.

Create an intern community at CAE by offering welcome, integration, and networking activities as well as learning opportunities to each of the student cohorts.

Manage a high volume of requests during peak periods.

Work closely with the IT, Finance, Communications, R&D, DE&I, and Security departments, as well as with business partners and managers to ensure the effectiveness of the program at all stages of the process.

Ensure the achievement of local business and recruitment objectives.
Provide an exceptional customer experience for students and managers.

Contribute to the evolution of the employer brand and promote it, collaborate with the talent acquisition, and communication teams in the development of promotional material for the internship program.

Perform various administrative tasks related to student jobs
Participate in various improvement projects related to the internship program.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment.
Ability to develop lasting business relationships.
Good ability to influence.
Proactive approach, focused on results and solutions.
Organized, autonomous, and good management of operational priorities.
Attention to detail.
Sense of urgency and dynamism, ability to work under pressure while meeting high expectations.
Demonstrate creativity and innovation.
Strong relational skills promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Experience in a recruitment firm is an asset.
