What you'll do:

Supporting the portfolio of the Community Granting Programs team, the Jumpstart Program Operations Student will be required to conduct research, perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement:

Research, analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement
Lead projects to support the current and future state of the charity
Support the maintenance of an inbox for parent/grantee inquires
Help Operations and Program team maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver additional administrative support as required across the charity

What you bring:

Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
Background in sport & recreation is an asset
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong executional and time management skills
Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements, in a deadlineoriented environment
Ability to work i ndependent ly, be a team player, and demonstrate highly developed interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism an asset
