The Business Banking Strategy Enablement Team has embarked on an exciting series of projects to modernize our technical capabilities in support of an excellent customer and colleague experience.

We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to help build out our CRM Business Banking capabilities. As well manage scrum teams to deliver against top priorities and drive improvement OKR (Objectives & Key Results)

Job Description:

Ensure the voice of the user and customer is prominent across the team to ensure business and enduser satisfaction
Drive prioritization decisions, in partnership with the Business, Day 2 and Support Team to enable and deliver against business priorities.
Maintain a firm understanding of business, customer, and enduser pain points, needs, and preferences in order to advocate for the ideal experience
Support the strategy, planning and delivery of key capabilities aligned to the Business Bank's CRM journey
Assess and manage Intakes / Change Request ensuring changes are linked to our objectives and strategy
Lead the team in ensuring creation for the business, customers, and endusers by leading the backlog and ensuring that the highest value work is always being driven
Build and refine the user story backlog for one or more squads (prioritizing based on value) and ensure visibility and shared understanding of the backlog by squad members
Incorporate feedback from partner demos, interviews, user research, and engineering into the backlog

Requirements:

Knowledge of Business Banking processes, products/services & customers
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
Understand flow of work from intake through PI Planning to release with an eye toward continuous development, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize work.
Partner management and communication skills in defining outcomes, communicating progress, and facilitating planning meetings
Background in marketing, digital or IT preferred with a focus on sales enablement
Strong knowledge of the business, with previous, active role as a Product Owner/Manager strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of sales enablement technologies and practices including but not limited to; Salesforce, nCino and MuleSoft
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business role
