JOB PURPOSE


This is an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Innovation, Standards and Operations (LISO) team as an Online Learning and User Experience Manager.

The role owns the integrated end to end user experience across our platforms to engage our people in reskilling and upskilling themselves.

This includes design of Unilever's Skills taxonomy, promoting skills adoption and measuring progression over time and managing the platform's new releases.

This role also builds engagement through developing and leading community groups, developing micro-content to engage our people and feeding into the communications around our learning, HR and business strategy.

Another aspect of this role is piloting a range of learning innovations, measuring their effectiveness and using data to decide whether to scale.


This role offers an opportunity to collaborate globally with a wide range of colleagues to bring about lasting change - one of Unilever's sustainable living goals is to upskill or reskill 100% of our people with future-fit skills by the end of 2025 and this role is key to achieving that.

There is scope to develop further your strategic thinking, consumer insight and data-driven decision making skills. There will be huge variety in the work that you do, with no two days being the same. You can take full ownership right from ideation upfront to downstream implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Governance of Unilever Skills taxonomy, Skill levels and Role Plans- Support the crafting and adoption of a one Unilever Strong Skill Signal- End to end user experience for engagement with learning- Creation of assets (one pagers, videos, how-to guides and visuals) for all users.- Leading the Degreed Influencers call to test innovations, communicate upcoming enhancements to their networks and help promote skills adoption.

- Leading the Communications strategy within the LISO team- Piloting, iterating, and delivering Learning innovations within our platforms and engagement strategies

EXPERIENCES- Proven track record of successfully leading and landing impactful interventions- Building and leading communities.- Having successfully handled and implemented projects with multi-disciplinary teams.- Proficient in delivering solutions that support the business' strategic intent, whilst matching users' needs.

Location


In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond.

We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem.

The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
