Are you passionate about supporting important elements of crowd management for live events? Can you provide the level of customer service it takes to ensure everyone is having a good time? SaskTel Centre is looking for individuals to perform crowd management for various, live events such as:

Saskatoon Blades Hockey
Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse
Saskatchewan Rattlers Basketball
Live concert events
Family shows: Motorsports, Rodeo, Stars on Ice, Cirque and more
Various community events

SaskTel Centre is a busy place We welcome a diverse crowd to a variety of events and require dedicated personnel to support the safety of our customers, staff, and venue.

Crowd Management Staff

Respond to incidents and monitor for any potential crowd control issues or concerns
Screen patrons during ingress including magnetometer wand and bag search
Deescalation of various situations
Protect people and property
Notify Command Centre of all incidents and maintain detailed reporting
Perform patrolling of areas and secure premises, access points, and other entrances
Support alcohol management in accordance with facility policies and SLGA regulations

This position is not for everyone.

Crowd Management staff are required to walk/stand for long periods of time, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.

The majority of shifts will primarily involve customer service however, situations may occur which require the physical and mental ability to handle confrontational situations.
