Our Actuarial Analysts work hard to provide support to many teams, specifically Underwriting; providing insight and information which allows them to best serve our customers. They use their strong Actuarial knowledge to price our Personal and Commercial insurance products, ensuring we are making extremely calculated decisions on each risk we take.

They are passionate about digging deep into the data and providing an extremely detailed opinion of what we should be doing - this doesn't just mean being good with numbers - it also means being able to explain these numbers to Leaders without an Actuarial background. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for developing new pricing algorithms and utilizing new tools to ensure that Northbridge stays on the cutting edge in this competitive industry.

**You're great at**:

- Pricing P&C Products
- Develop and verify sources of data for analysis through the development of computer programs or program specifications, and ensure that data used is sufficient, current, and accurate
- Researching and analyzing information

**You have**:

- Post-secondary education with a major in Actuarial Science or Mathematics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. VBA, SAS and Access are an asset.
- P&C Experience
