Junior Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview:
Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our

What you you'll do:
- Work together with the Logistics Coordinator in shipping orders out and dayto
- Liaise between the customer care team members and carrier representatives on
- Work and follow up with carriers to determine estimated shipping times and dates
- Ensuring customer service team and logistics partners have a quick response time
- Demonstrating conflict resolution and interpersonal skills in order to help the
- Be the inhouse goto person for the Logistics team regarding processes and
- Assist in documentation and organization of departmental information
- Other ad hoc duties may apply
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift merchandise up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 35lbs regularly.
- Mandated Hazard Communication/Safe Work Practices
- Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
What you'll need:
- 1 year in customer service and/or in an office environment
- A postsecondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent; concentration in
- An interest in Logistics of an eCommerce business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extreme detailorientation and great multitasking skills with the ability to
- Able to analyze data, utilize problemsolving skills, and recommend solutions
- Able to balance being selfmanaged and being part of a team
- Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
