This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Toronto Support Centre.

Reporting into the Vice President, Real Estate you will be responsible for overseeing various leasing coordination activities and will work closely with all team members of the Real Estate department as well as other cross-functional teams.

Role overview

  • Manage lease renewal tracker to ensure key dates and deliverables are met, including extraction of key information from lease database system (Visual Lease)
  • Coordinate with leasing and legal teams on the drafting and execution of LOI's, leases and other leaserelated documents
  • Collect and manage postacquisition documentation
  • Draft and send out monthly lease renewal notices
  • Manage landlord insurance certificate requests
  • Manage weekly RE Team meeting agenda
  • Support with ad hoc property and landlord issues
  • Support the Manager of Lease Administration with lease database updates, rental payment inquiries and disputes
What we're looking for

  • At least 1 to 2 years in a corporate real estate role, preferably with a large, national tenant and/or landlord
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or other relevant degree
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting complex lease documents
  • Excellent timemanagement and administration skills with a highlevel of attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and effect change in a rapidly growing organization
  • Professional demeanour and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, able to prioritize and balance multiple demands and priorities independently
  • Bilingual English/French would be an asset
