Job Summary:


The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting marketing projects and initiatives to enhance the sales and marketing initiatives of the Apotex generic pharmaceuticals.


Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing Promotions, The Marketing Associate, will be responsible for working closely with other Marketing team members, internal and external stakeholders and various functional areas to ensure effective execution of product communication and promotion action plans.


Please note, this is a 12-months contract, eligible for benefits

Responsibilities:


  • In collaboration with Sales Team, help support customer and product level analysis, development, and execution of product marketing projects, such as product plans of actions, to improve the sales performance.
  • Lead other online communication processes (e.g., Pardot) to improve "Customer Experience" through timely, efficient and effective use of technology, including reporting and analysis of Pardot metrics, and engage in customer communication insights, preferences and improvements.
  • Assist in development and execution of sales tools for products and portfolio to help fuel growth and penetration.
  • Lead Key Account conferences (virtual and live) activity in collaboration with Sales Leaders, being the main contact in planning, developing and executing booth creative and program elements.

Job Requirements:


  • University or college degree in Marketing, Communication or Business; MBA would be an asset
  • Previous product marketing experience would be an asset


  • Bilingual

  • French/English would be highly desirable
  • Creative, strategic, innovative team player with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills; proven experience in process management and optimization Wellrounded marketing skills including experience in market research programs and working with and implementing marketing plans
  • Strong business acumen with superior organizational & presentation skills.
  • Selfstarter and resultsoriented with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Ability to work in an independent and/or team environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to details, proactive, resultsoriented team player.
