Lead Business System Analyst

What is the opportunity?

What will you do?

Be a handson business analyst on an agile project
Manage overall BSA activities for a medium to large project
Work with product owners to define priorities and sprint plan
Ensure user stories are created and groomed
Facilitate sprint planning sessions.
Understand the requirements and write detailed specifications.
Participate in UX design with the product owner and UX designer.
Work closely with the developers and QE to ensure that the product is built correctly.
Create additional documentation or other artefacts to add to the stories for better understanding
Suggest and promote BSA best practices

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sr. BSA/BA.
Familiarity with Agile concepts and is well versed with writing User Stories
Pertinent technically skills to be able to query databases, execute APIs in tools like Postman/Swagger, effectively use tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, LucidChart etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to define, influence and impact the technical direction
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers

Nice-to-have

Financial industry/Wealth Management/Account Opening exposure.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
