Overview of the role:
This person interacts with guests, and partners involving the utmost in professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.

This person is expected to provide excellent service to guests who come in to our Au Naturel spa as well as provide guidance and assistance with retail products.

This person takes pride in his/her own appearance and well-being and is an ambassador for Au Naturel Spa and Brookstreet hotel.

Experience:

One year previous experience in similar role and/ or environment.
Must be available weekends, evening and holidays
Excellent guest service, communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to perform basic computer skills
Selfmotivated and ready to go above and beyond.
Team player.
Goaloriented.

Spa Hours of Operation:

MON 10-5
TUES 10-8
WED-FRI 10-7
SAT 9-6
SUN 9-5

Shifts:

8 hours days or less as needed

Examples of a shift could be:
8AM-4:30PM (Weekend Opening)

9AM-5:30PM (Week Day Opening or Sunday/ Monday Closing)
10AM-6:30PM (Saturday Closing/Week Day Mid Shift)

11AM-7:30PM( Week Day Closing)

Willing to work 3-4 days a week; weekdays & weekends, some holidays

Job duties include:

Scheduling guest spa services while implementing proper procedures
Greeting guests and escorting to waiting areas
Educating guests on services
Maximize books for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
Closing sales and encourage guests to prebook services
Product recommendations
Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
Confirming appointments
Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or any adjustments
Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary
Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
Scheduling guest spa services while implementing proper procedures
Greeting guests and escorting to waiting areas
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Folding towels and restocking change rooms and treatment rooms
Cleaning duties include: Lounge area, change rooms, lockers, partner room, and treatment rooms.
Keep Lounge fully stocked with fresh tea, coffee, water, clean glasses and mugs.
Maintain Link storage space by organizing linen bins and restocking shelves according to provided training
Assist therapists and estheticians in flipping treatment room.
Educating guests on services
Maximize books for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
Closing sales and encourage guests to prebook services
Crossservice recommendations
Product recommendations
Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
Confirming appointments
Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or any adjustments
Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary

Performing other duties as assigned
