JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking building caretaker for our site in downtown Vancouver.
This is an entry-level position. It is ideal for experienced cleaners who are looking to gain caretaking experience.
-
Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day (8am-2pm)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect and litter pick both inside and outside of the buildings
  • Meet trades people and give them access to service areas
  • Mopping hard surfaced flooring
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all common areas, including amenities room
  • Elevator cleaning, including tracks
  • Keep garbage room tidy

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

COMPENSATION:
$2470 per month
