• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Experience with grades and water/sewer services installation is a plus
• Experience working with and around heavy equipment is a plus

• Assist in the topsoil grading by using a laser level, grade stakes, hand shovel and rake
• Operating a plate tamper to compact material
• Assist in the installation of water and sanitary services
• Assist with the installation of septic systems
• Assist with installation of storm drain systems
• Regular maintenance of heavy equipment (greasing, cleaning cabs, pressure washing)
• Assist in floating heavy equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space
• Working outside in hot, cold or rainy or muddy conditions
• Completing all tasks in a safe and healthy manner according to company policies and procedures
