Description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible to register all arrivals and departures, process transactions, take reservations, take care of guests needs and process various administrative tasks.


Description of principal tasks:


  • Friendly welcoming demeanor
  • Greeting guests, registering arrivals and departures and assigning them a room
  • Answer telephone calls and take reservations
  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Follow up with management regarding particular issues
  • Receive incoming packages and mail
  • All other related guest services responsibilities
  • Assist guest with requests
  • Stock and sell Market items
  • Handle all credit card and cash transactions with accuracy

Skills/Experience/Education:


  • Superb listening, comprehension, & communication skills
  • Previous Experience an asset
  • Computer savvy

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $13.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
