THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Excitement and passion towards solving complicated business problems, developing strategies, and implementing those roadmaps to bring our business and customers value.
  • Experienced with using qualitative and quantitative data (especially from A/B tests) to make product decisions. You also know when and how to balance data with intuition.
  • Inspiring, engaging and clear communication style; optimistic and forwardlooking.
  • Natural collaborator who knows how to drive decisionmaking with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and Research partners.
  • Experience working in a marketplace or with thirdparty partnerships as a plus.
  • Someone who believes in our client's vision, mission and values.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in working with creative entrepreneurs or on a twosided marketplace.
  • Knowledge of CRM, promotions and marketing tools.

The Seller X group is the product team invested in making the Company the best place for their sellers to expand their business and develop meaningful relationships with their customers.

How can our client make their selling platform more intuitive and easy to use? What are some of the biggest struggles for sellers as they run their business while handling their inventory, orders and customer relationships? How can they unlock more opportunities for sellers to connect with potential and existing customers? How can they help sellers improve their conversion rate, order value, and traffic to their shop based on buyer insights and ecommerce trends? They constantly strive to better understand seller's business performance and provide them with relevant and personalized insights that deliver results.


About The Role
Our client is looking for a Sr.

Product Manager to collaborate and lead a multi-disciplinary squad who will focus on giving sellers more agency in their success by providing them with the tools and insights they need to market their shops and improve their listings to grow their sales on the site.

This role will report to the Director of Product, Seller Performance.


As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work on opportunities to help sellers increase their sales and deliver outstanding experiences to their buyers, alongside addressing pain points in their daily shop management.

Working cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, and analytics you'll deliver world-class products, features and experiences that empower the growth of millions of creative businesses on their platform.

You will tackle sophisticated consumer-facing business problems, develop strategies and roadmaps, and work with partners to implement those plans and build sustained value for the marketplace and customers.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • You'll develop a product strategy that is clearly articulated, easily understood, and delivers significant value to their customers and business.
  • You will develop roadmaps and prioritize product features, through continuous iteration and experimentation.
  • You'll lead a crossfunctional team in crafting value for our client's sellers, and often buyers.
  • Through detailed user research and analysis, you'll explore, conceive, validate, and build products that are strategically aligned with our client's business goals.
  • You will collaborate with bestinclass designers, user research, data analysts, engineers and data scientists to build immersive and business driving experiences.
  • Own accountability for the performance of key products in seller platform.

Details/Notes

  • This role will support the team while an admin is away on leave and will not be extended past the end date listed.
  • Interview process: Applicants will attend two, 30minute interviews with the hiring manager and a member of the team
