main _focus of the job will be:
Schedule material and Roofing jobs (Will train)
Picking up cheques and depositing them into the bank
-
Second _to the main focus will be:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Invoicing
Bank Account and Credit Card Reconciliations
Payroll (Approx 20 Employees)
Preparing Government Remittances (HST, Source Deductions, and WSIB)
Year End Preparation
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organized
Accurate
