The Opportunity

Responsibilities Include**- Greets, screens and directs callers

  • Maintains program for daily student absences and parent messages
  • Organizes and facilitates school announcements
  • Prepares, distributes, collects and categorizes varies schools forms
  • Assist with student supervision, infirmary, and/or school bus area

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two years previous experience in a office environment
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is considered an asset
