Description

The primary work locations are the Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John areas of New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of audiovisual projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion within budget
Anticipate and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Utilize knowledge of Telecon and AVIXA standards to recommend appropriate audiovisual technology solutions to clients
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and performance metrics
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure installations meet design specifications and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders on audiovisual technology solutions and best practices
Prepare and deliver project documentation, including proposals, contracts, change orders, and closeout reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CTS, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Minimum of 35 years of experience in audiovisual projects, preferably in the AV integration industry
Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, equipment, and systems
Programming certification and experience across a variety of commercial Audio-Visual product lines
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed
