As an Advisor, you will be able to leverage your knowledge by providing support to different NBFWM sectors in their client service offer.
Your role
- Act as a documentation expert for teams new to NBFWM.
- Participate in the organization of the account opening process during an onboarding.
- Participate in recurring onboardings calls while offering your expertise in documentation.
- Organize various training calls for teams new to NBFWM.
- Guide network stakeholders by assessing and identifying their needs and proposing adapted solutions to support the transition while taking into account the diversity of files/cases.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the service's activities as well as ensure interaction between these stakeholders

Being an Advisor in the National Bank Financial Wealth Management Network Support team means using your knowledge by supporting various network players in their customer service offer ans you will have the chance to work with various business partners across Canada.

Competencies required- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in implementing and drafting procedures
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of different types of account and financial products
- Expertise in data management
- Bilingual (written and spoken) French and English is required as you will need to interact regularly with various business partners who speak other language than French
- Be able to travel across Canada
Preferred competencies
- Knowledge of the financial and operational industries
- Expertise in communication
- Excellent organizational skills
