"Always our best food, made especially for you." Pizza Pizza's mission is to make each and every occasion with us an enjoyable and memorable experience for both our customers and our team members. We are currently seeking a Project Design student to join our exceptional summer Internship program.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of design and project management tasks, including but not limited to:

Assisting in designing layouts for new restaurants and contributing to renovation plans for existing stores with creative input and innovative design solutions.
Reviewing plans and drawings, identifying errors and omissions, and collaborating with managing consultants to ensure efficient design implementation.
Assisting in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contract documents
Assisting in obtaining necessary approvals and building permits.
Gaining an understanding of reports from Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers.
Assisting with project documentation and maintaining organized records.
Being open to travel (sameday)

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is beneficial.
Interest or experience in commercial construction design.
Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, permitting processes, accessibility standards, and health and safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problemsolving abilities.
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
