About this opportunity:

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Time management skills
Presentation skills
Analytical skills
Good understanding of Google Suites
Ability to articulate customer needs and wants and execute them
Previous experience in project management or process mapping is an asset
Industrial Engineering background preferred

Activities:

Provide IT customer solutions support in developing materials for sales and project execution
Documenting business requirements
Facilitating process mapping
Project management
Communicating and coordinating with employees from all domestic and global sites

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
