The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a portfolio of projects and initiatives that improve and expand service offerings in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, other relevant cross-functional teams, and selected vendors.

One of the main roles of the Project Manager is to manage and track different projects, within the business unit, such as organization of Sales Meetings, budget tracking and promotional tool creation.

The Project Manager, Dermatology, will report to the Marketing Manager, Dermatology. The role is head office based.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage BT meetings, minutes & followups.
  • Help coordinate the development of Local Brand Plan & Tactical Plan.
  • Support /Manage key events such as National and Regional Sales Meetings.
  • Monitor and track budget across all brands in Dermatology.
  • Coordinate Legal/Med/Regulatory approval processes of brand materials and events.
  • Collaborate with the external agency on tool creation.
  • Manage BT goals and KPI setting process & tracking.
  • Track project development plans for all key BT projects.
  • Lead or contribute to specific Marketing projects as required.
  • Manage & develop internal communications plan, execute on plan.

Basic qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in coordination roles or project management.
  • Pharma experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Strong project management.
  • Financial understanding.
  • Global, Matrix organization experience.
  • Crossfunctional team experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
