Customer Service Representative 3 - Montréal, Canada - MacLean Power Systems
Description
Serve as primary liaison with customers to allow seamless business practices between company and internal and external customers.Handle customer service inquiries (e.g., distributor net pricing, lead time, freight estimate, etc.) and problems.
Work with accounting to fix invoice discrepancies.
Use computerized system for pricing, ordering, tracking, reporting, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
Coordinate with other departments (engineering, operations, etc.) regarding customer requirements, complaints and schedules.
Navigate through customer systems with speed and accuracy and stay familiar with changes to systems.
Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform work under mínimal supervision.
Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
4 to 6 years of experience
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bilingual French/English
Ability to interpret work instructions.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
