    As the Team Leader, your primary role is to oversee a team of up to 4 individuals in delivering top-notch services. Our clients rely on us for quality, and you play a crucial part in upholding our values daily. Our aim is to brighten someone's day through their interactions with us.

    You are a proactive leader and self-starter capable of engaging with the public and our team members effectively. Possessing a strong work ethic, you excel in time management to meet deadlines efficiently. Your background includes landscaping experience, prior supervisory roles, and exceptional communication skills across various levels.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Be a brand ambassador, embodying our culture, expertise, and team
    • Supervise a team of up to 4 individuals in service delivery; inspire, coach, and guide the team
    • Carry out landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, fertilizing, weeding, aerating, spring and fall clean-ups, trimming, pruning, and snow removal
    • Operate diverse mechanical equipment including bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, trailers, chainsaws, trimmers, tillers, and plow trucks
    • Enhance landscapes through mulching, planting, topsoil application, and lawn seeding
    • Address client inquiries, feedback, and issues
    • Maintain detailed service records in our app, including notes and images, while adhering to hourly budgets

    Job Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's license without restrictions and a clean driving history
    • One year experience in a relevant field is necessary
    • Prior leadership exposure
    • Readiness for occasional paid overtime
    • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level along with other physical demands typical of the role
