Description

Pentalift Equipment Corporation is one of North America's leading manufacturers of loading dock equipment and industrial material handling equipment.

We are currently recruiting for a
Machinery Assembler to join our afternoon shift - 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Thursday.

Please note that this location is not accessible by bus.

_Primary Responsibilities:
_

Final Assembly of dock levelers
Position and fit parts according to engineering specifications and knowledge of units being assembled
Build assemblies using fasteners or other hardware
Utilize hand and/or power tools
Operate crane, and other material handling equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Duties may include inspection and preparation for shipping

_Qualifications:
_

Previous general labour and/or assembly experience ideal
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
You must be comfortable standing, bending, twisting, lifting
Mechanically inclined
Familiar with a variety of hand tools
Work well in a fastpaced environment to meet deadlines
Reliability and dependability are essential
