YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for agriculture, then we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Plant Manager who can oversee staff, manage operations at a grain elevator, and be hands-on when necessary.

Some of the key duties include:

• Supervising operational staff, handling scheduling and providing regular coaching.
• Managing grain delivery to company facilities and directing deliveries to markets.
• Coordinating all operations at the location, from shipping and receiving to manufacturing and delivery of products.
• Ensuring the safe operation, maintenance, and security of equipment and machinery.
• Maintaining the appearance of the premises to uphold the Company's image.
• Performing operational tasks with the staff, such as loading/unloading and operating plant equipment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma is usually required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in office computer programs and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Supervisory or agriculture experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Comfortable with indoor/outdoor working conditions and physical demands.
