We are looking for Data and Reporting Analysts to join our Middle Office Services team to work as part of our Fund of Funds Trade Processing function.

Our Fund of Funds Trade Processing function provides institutional clients with services to manage the transactional workflows for their Fund investments including data collection and trade execution and settlement.

About the Role
The Data and Reporting Analyst will join a team that is responsible for working with our clients to facilitate their investments in Fund of Funds including subscriptions, redemptions, capitals calls, distributions, transfer and valuation processing

Primary responsibilities include:
- the Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of Fund of Funds Trade Processing, as well as elements of process analysis and re-engineering;
- he/she will ensure that transaction information is maintained in relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner;
- he/she will design and implement processes for operational efficiency and risk mitigation;
- he/she will assist in client on-boarding processes for new clients by assisting in gathering client requirements and ensuring operational processes are implemented; and
- he/she work with internal and external parties to execute transactions, resolve issues and further develop client solutions.

What You Bring
- a university degree in finance or accounting;
- technical and system experience is an asset.
- an obsession with timeliness, precision and compliance with operational processes;
- strong communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders; and
- fluency in English
