Your Role


As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our used car department, developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory acquisition, pricing, and sales.

You will foster a high-performance sales environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing profitability in the used car department.

Your expertise in used cars and leadership skills will be pivotal in mentoring the sales team, optimizing sales processes for used cars, and ensuring alignment with overall dealership goals.


Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as the Manager of a used car department in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing gross profits while maintaining leading CSI scores
  • Deep knowledge of used car market trends, acquisition, and pricing strategies
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales, inventory management, and department profitability
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
