We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team to direct and coordinate our Canada Atlantic's region fueling operations, stationed in Halifax, Canada.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager who has a genuine passion for looking after their people.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in managing a business unit, is fully conversant with airline ground handling procedures, aviation safety and security procedures.

Overview
Safety, Security, and Environmental stewardship are core values of Menzies Aviation (MA).

MA has a duty of care to provide a safe workplace to our Employees; and this important responsibility ultimately falls to the Regional Manager.

The MA Regional Manager directs and Coordinates Fueling activities, to provide fast and Efficient Services For customers by preforming the following duties personally or through Subordinate Supervisors, responsible for implementation and adherence to MA Safety, Security, Quality, and Training policies and SOPs as well as local, state, Federal regulations and all stations operations, service delivery.

Stationed in Halifax, YHZ and Overseeing YYG, YQM, YSJ, YFC, YQY, YDF.

The role requires a seasoned senior manager with a strong operational and business understanding and leadership skills.

The incumbent must have the ability to run a business in a challenging environment, whilst maintaining strict Menzies Corporate Governance and Financial guidelines.

Service offered at the station is Aircraft Fueling (ITP).

Main accountabilities include:

Fully responsible for all aspects of the multiple station operations. Services offered at the station include Fueling operations, Ramp Handling and GSE Maintenance
Fully accountable for the financial performance and compliance with Corporate Governance, legal and quality aspects of the Menzies businesses in the station
To comply with all Airlines Fueling and Ground Handling Regulations
Leading and working with the senior team to maintain and enhance appropriate, effective safety & security systems, risk assessments, periodical inspections & audits, operational training programs, planning, operational processes, and service delivery.
Planning resource allocation in the business unit.
Regularly interacts with customers to promote the station and to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Uses customer feedback to constantly develop and improve capabilities and processes.
Implementation of the c
