THE COMPANY:

MCA is a leading Canadian Merchandising Company. MCA services Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. We offer Merchandising, Sales, Price collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store renovations and so much more.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Leading a team of experienced retail professionals to support our clients and partners through a
5-month big box retail store renovation in
Laval, QC.

Operating as a cohesive unit, you will lead and manage our Merchandising or Fixture Installation team while working closely together throughout the project.

WAGE:
$25/hr

HOURS:
Full-Time (40 Hours per week)

SHIFTS: 9:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday through Thursday

DATES:
August 21st to January 19th

TRAINING:
Starting ASAP in Montreal North, QC

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

MERCHANDISING TEAM LEAD:

2+ years in a lead or supervisor role is essential
2+ years of planogram/reset experience in a big box store environment is essential
Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
Strong communication and leadership skills

FIXTURE INSTALLATION TEAM LEAD:

2+ years in a lead or supervisor role is essential
2+ years experience with a variety of hand and construction tools is essential
At least one year experience building fixtures in a big box retailer is essential
Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
Familiarity with reading architectural drawings is desirable, although a willingness to learn is also acceptable.
