Mimo Homecare is hiring a live-in PSW for our community client in Richmond hill. the PSW is required to stay at the clients home overnight and work for several hours during the week.

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
Help with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
Assist with transportation to appointments or outings

Experience in caregiving, preferably in home care or assisted living settings
Knowledge of dementia care and understanding of the unique needs of seniors
Ability to administer medications following proper protocols
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend shifts
