Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with other team and additional system support that is needed.
- Engaging with Project Managers, Cost Accountants, Management, IT, and system providers to analyze business processes, collect requirements and determine the needs of the system
- Setting up, administering and supporting the backend of 4castplus project management system
- Creating templates and standards for the setup of projects and programs in the project management system
- Managing accesses, permissions, and licenses in the project management system of all users
- Assisting with reporting requirements for payroll, finance and operations
- Assisting with field reporting and adjusting entries for discrepancies
- Providing reporting for Business Development, Operations, and diversity spend requirements
- Training and troubleshooting for systems users
- Developing and updating training documentation for program users
- Reporting to management system issues that affect system operation and project data integrity
- Investigating project variances that may be caused by system errors or setup of cost or billing tables
- Working with the teams responsible to ensure system detail is setup and accurate for customers, vendors, labour, equipment, and service resources.
- Developing, maintaining, and distributing standard reports on project activity for various groups
- Working closely with all Integrated Team members, be proactive and resolve any identified concerns or issues.
- Alerting leadership team of potential and real deviations as early as possible to enable development and implementation of mitigation or recovery measures
- Execute the closeout of projects as required
Qualifications/Competencies:
The individual in this role will have:
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate
- Excellent computer skills, MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 4cast project management system is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of project controls administration experience
- Experience in any of the following domains: IT, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Marketing or Business Intelligence
- Prior construction or oil and gas sector experience preferred
- Environmental Services experience is an asset
- Power-Bi and Reporting experience is a strong asset
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong system analysis skills and abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities
- Able to confidently and discretely work with confidential information
- Strong organizational, project management and problemsolving skills with multitasking abilities
- Ability to learn new technology to support the role
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
