Working Arrangement
In Office
Manulife Investment Management, through its Real Estate arm, develops and manages commercial real estate for thousands of customers around the globe.
Its portfolio includes millions of square feet of office, industrial, retail and multi-family space strategically located in major metropolitan markets.
The Real Estate team leverages its vertically integrated platform to serve its customers and investors as well as manage the space requirements and corporate-use facilities for Manulife's global operations.
As of March 1, 2019, the Real Estate portfolio totaled more than 58 million square feet.
This busy and fast-paced position will require someone with impeccable professionalism and tact. You will be a friendly yet professional individual with a five star service orientation.
On a daily basis, you will sit at the front reception of the Real Estate division and will manage the day-to-day administrative needs of this area, ensuring support is conducted with a high degree of urgency, confidentiality, judgment and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide adhoc support to the senior management team as well as various other team members.
- Prepare for meetings by ordering catering, setting up the boardroom, and setting up wifi for clients.
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting clients.
- Schedule meetings and video/teleconference calls.
- General office administration duties including routine faxing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and mail sorting and ordering of office supplies.
- Assist with maintaining and managing invoice payments, expense payment and reporting.
- Answer/redirect phone calls.
- Assist with Accounts Payable using Yardi and EZ Pay.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 13 years in a reception or general administration role.
- EExperience within a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skill with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with individuals at senior and all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and detailorientation ensuring a commitment to quality.
- Experience with A/P preferred but training will be available.

Primary Location

Salary range is expected to be between
$40,275.00 CAD - $67,125.00 CAD
