Responsibilities:

Establish relationship with terminated group plan members and review their investments and provide guidance related to their financial needs
Review investments and help with asset consolidation
Contribute to sales target and asset retention
Receives and responds to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients
Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members
Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends
Assists with special projects, as required

Requirements:

Bilingualism (English and French) is required
Valid and active Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a) an asset 0 to 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans, Defined Benefit and tax legislation
Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen
Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel
CEBS or PPAC an asset
