Thanks to your involvement in the various related processes linked to different market events categories such as Dividends, Interests, Domestic & International corporate actions, you participate in the transformation of the Bank.


Your role:


  • Provide support for business lines regarding corporate actions and proxy voting matters
  • Manage the followups of complex cases requiring special attention
  • Assign and track requests from internal and external partners based on team member responsibilities and capacity
  • Demonstrate proactivity by making recommendations to address the various issues raised by business partners
  • Learn the endtoend processes surrounding corporate actions
  • Work in collaboration with the coordinators of the other teams as well as various partners
  • The analyst may participate in meetings with business partners and project teams regarding the deployment of certain initiatives
  • The analyst may be asked to do "testing" on new initiatives related to the sector
  • End of the day at 5pm according to operational needs

Your team:

You have the possibility to work from home.

This position reports to the Director of Market Events Support and you collaborate daily with a team composed of 5-6 market events experts.


Your integration consists of an 8 to 12 month training on the field based on learning in action to allow you to master your business, our products and our technologies.

Prerequisites:


  • Threeyear college diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and market events
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English fluent
  • Ease to raise and communicate important issues and great ownership
  • The analyst must be agile, proactive and demonstrate leadership in action
