Call Center Agent to join our growing team in the appointment center.

The Opportunity:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
Make follow up calls ensure resolution and understanding
Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
Continuously monitor the calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
Process texts, archive, copy, print, post, organize, etc
1 years Customer Service experience and good phone etiquette good track record
Experience in construction/renovation is welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English
Disciplined and motivated
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time (multitasking)
Performs well under pressure
Good listening skills
Ability to actively follow up
Likes to consult and help people
Find creative solutions to unforeseen events and problems
Presence, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
Proficiency in computer skills
