As the first point of contact to our customers and clients, the Front Desk Receptionist is a vital asset to the TimSold Team.
Responding to all incoming calls, booking and confirming appointments, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner are all major components of the role & contribute to the professional operation of a Real Estate office.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Greet all visitors promptly in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls to respond to callers' inquiries in a professional manner
- Book and confirm appointments when required
- Redirect calls as needed, take clear and concise messages when required
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Liaise with answering service, forward agents calls
- Receive deposit cheques and provide receipts
- Page agents when required using Broker Bay
- Knowledge of Broker Bay, Webforms or equivalent front office software
- Prepare documentation and draft Agreements relating to the purchase and sale of a property such as Offers, Waivers, Amendments, Mutual Releases, Buyer Agency Agreements, Listing Agreements, etc.
- Follow company policies, procedures and service standards
- Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Highly responsible & reliable
Language:
Cantonese/Mandarin speaking (preferred)
Expected Start Date:
Immediately
Work Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
