Summary


Functioning in Assurance AMAS, this role will create and implement engaging copy across a variety of platforms (including but not limited to digital) covering Assurance business divisions and topics such as supply chain, health and safety and information security, and sectors such as aerospace, food and the built environment.

Develops powerful, impactful copy that resonates with the reader and drives action. Concepts campaign copy for a high volume of projects. Will craft content for various marketing lead generating goals. Uses varied marketing channels to support lead capture. Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment.

2.0 Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create high quality long and short copy that resonates with B2B audiences
Develop, compile newsletter or similar for Assurance Services

  • Produce clear and compelling copy that engages target audiences via digital platforms including Social media, Website (SEO), Blogs, Video and PPC
  • Understand and share the optimal / best practice for digital copy (e.g. the ideal character length of a LinkedIn organic post, etc ) and develop best practice templates to support this
  • Report / measure engagement stats and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Research competitor activity and present insight / opportunities for campaign activity
  • Write and edit product content to be published on product pages
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and act on insight whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Understand brand guidelines, tone of voice and image; to convert this into content

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Event management
  • Secure contracts, track expenses, and effectively manage tactics, such as shipping, rentals, and more, related to national trade shows and BSI Hosted events. Manage communications with attending team, vendors, and association partners.


  • Budget tracking

  • Track all marketing expenses and ensure Assurance budget aligns to the P+P budget. This includes keeping track of budgeted expenses vs actual and managing and submitting invoices for payment.


  • Content development

  • Will generate content from conception across all products and services. Will need to craft content to mirror segmented audiences.


  • Lead management

  • Identify and align lead initiatives to support the sales funnel. Manage all incoming leads from marketing channels. Track ROI from marketing activities to better communicate, identify gaps and opportunities, and continuously improve our approach to align with the needs of the business.


  • Sales collaboration

  • Work to increase collaboration and communication between the business development/sales teams and marketing. This will include managing ongoing communications around current marketing efforts and maintain a repository of collateral and campaign support pieces.


  • Webinar management

  • Manage all tactics and full execution for BSI Assurance webinars including creating the webinar meeting, landing page, and custom links for each webinar, communicate and manage the presenters prior to the webinar, and manage the leads and feedback following the event.
  • Marketing support:
  • Create campaigns, folders, redirects and landing pages in Pardot.
  • Assist in the creation of processes, templates, social media and content review.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Digital Department to secure marketing collateral, and promotional merchandise that align with brand guidelines, corporate image, campaign, and event/activity supported.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Pardot to monitor and track campaign tactics and expenses.

3.0 Education/qualifications:
B.A. / B.S. in Marketing or equivalent experience


Skills:


  • Strong writing skills.
  • Knowledge of AP style (preferred)
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Delegation and coordination of specific tasks in an effective manner
  • Web literacy preferred
  • Understanding of eCommerce
  • Creativity
  • Attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Negotiation skills and learning ability.
  • Organized, efficient and methodical in approach, with great attention to detail.
