Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Coordinator, Markerting for a permanent full-time position.


Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the communication and organization of marketing activities such as: promotion and product launches.

This person will be called upon to manage relations with the various departments such as:

the Field Sales team, the Major Account Managers, the Merchandising team, the Graphic Studio team, the Purchasing team, the logistics team as well as the Quality control and Regulatory Affairs team.

She or he will also be called upon to support Brand Managers and Brand Manager Assistants in their projects to produce communication material, product communication and promotional offers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Coordinate various projects including the production of advertising documents with external suppliers (graphic designers and printers).
  • Develop, proofread, revise, and correct promotional material and documents.
  • Develop, proofread, revise, and correct elements of advertising material, instore collateral pieces, displays and instore wall communications (merchandising).
  • Learn, master and update working tools and documents (financial business cases by project, product discontinuation plan, PLM and ArtWork).
  • Respond to various requests from the Sales Department as well as affiliated departments (being the point of contact).
  • Manage the budget: negotiate agreements with suppliers, carry out purchase orders (PO), process invoices and update budgets.
  • Coordinate communications and plans to be deployed with the Digital, Public Relations and Social Media teams as well as the various angles to use.
  • Organize national sales meetings (marketing portion, content, and logistics portion) and any other event related to the brand (instore events, launches, internal events, etc.).
  • Manage the planning and execution of the giftwithpurchase programs, promotions, coupons, contests, etc.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, Marketing or Communications (an asset).
  • Experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Bilingualism both spoken and written, French and English as you will have to interact with different teams all over Canada.
  • Excellent ability to pay attention to details.
  • Sense of organization, autonomy as well as great sense of initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
