Description

We are seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales professional for our client in Mississauga area
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a MUST.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide in information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Job Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields in a Manufacturing environment is must
  • Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shift time: 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)


Pay rate:
$21-23/hr


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L4Z 1P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
  • Manufacturing: 2 years (required)
