Who You Are:

As Store Manager, you'll bring the brand to life. And, you'll be responsible for creating a friendly, hospitable, experience-first environment for our customers and employees.


The Store Manager is the Wyrth role model, who motivates and educates our team to promote brand loyalty and deliver profitability for the store.

You need an eye for merchandising and a temperament for top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service
  • Monitor operations to ensure standards are met and maintained regarding merchandise presentation, customer service, store safety, cleanliness, shrinkage and operating cost controls
  • Actively recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule and evaluate store management and sales staff on a continual basis
  • Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements
  • Measure and Monitor sales performance taking action to improve business performance when needed.
  • Ownership of operational execution of store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses

Qualifications

  • 3+ years related experience in a retail environment
  • Be a leader that drives results, develops talent and focuses on the customer
  • Demonstrated sales achievements in a highvolume store
  • Strong organization and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with visual planning and merchandising
  • Available for weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays
