The Supervisor role at Monasaba is a leadership position that involves partnering with management to maintain focus on our goals while ensuring the utmost guest satisfaction.

Supervisors are pivotal in maintaining our standards, managing operations, and fostering a vibrant staff culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the restaurant's efficient and profitable operation.
  • Supervise daily operations in a fastpaced, fastcasual dining atmosphere.
  • Consistently deliver the highest level of guest experience.
  • Facilitate team member training, orientation, and coaching.
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling to maximize team performance.
  • Enforce stringent standards for food quality and safety.
  • Comply with payroll budget requirements.
  • Manage inventory control and execute weekly counts.
  • Handle multiple food and supply orders weekly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Exemplify leadership and set high standards for the team.
  • Monitor weekly supplies consumption.
  • Manage daytoday operational issues effectively.
  • Cultivate a highperforming team environment.
  • Assume full responsibility for kitchen management.
  • Prioritize cleanliness, quality, and timely service.
  • Develop forwardlooking plans on a quarterly basis.
  • Generate monthly reports on employee performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen service and supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with Arabic being a bouns
  • Skilled in inventory management and scheduling software.
  • Food Handler Safety Certification.

Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
