This role is responsible for providing consistent and accurate administrative, analytical and client service support to one or more Portfolio Manager(s).
CUSTOMER

Prepare all documentation and provide updates to the Portfolio Manager in preparation for client meetings:

Create reports for analysis of client accounts:
-
Accept/create leads and ensure correct referral coding on TD Leads:
-
Provide a high level of organization for the branch by excelling at administration:
-
May act as a secondary contact for the Portfolio Manager's relationships
SHAREHOLDER

Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity:

Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate:

Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area:

Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures:

Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions / activities:

Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines:

Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts:

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred:

2 years of relevant work experience:
-
completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other industry related courses considered an asset:
-
Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially and independently
