Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times.
Establish rapport and connect with customers by immediate acknowledgement and greeting.
Follow all operational policies and procedures as established by DoubleTree Knowledge of all products, drink service and preparation as per DoubleTree standards (full training will be provided)

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Preference is for previous trained Barista's however not an absolute requirement
Safe food handling, WHMIS (will provide)
Previous Barista experience is preferred but not a requirement
Previous customer service experience is an absolute requirement
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work in fastpace setting
Excellent communication skills
