Objectives of this role

  • Maintain essential IT infrastructure in the office, including desktops/laptops/printers and networking
  • Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
  • Handle businesscritical IT tasks and systems administration
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the IT infrastructure and support staff
  • Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems, such as Cisco Meraki.
  • Oversee the administration of Active Directory, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and security policies are properly configured.
  • Provide a comprehensive IT welcome package for new hires, including training on Office 365 tools and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Analyze organizational needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
  • Prepare costbenefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they're offering the bestpossible service and value for business needs
  • Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups

Required skills and qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in IT management
  • Advanced computer and operating system and network knowledge
  • Advanced experience in the Microsoft Azure platform including managing O365, Intune and other Microsoft technologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking
  • Proven experience in technology planning and implementation, including the integration of Office 365/Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID
  • Development or development management experience is a plus

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Professional certifications
